Safety precautions
- do not produce flammable gas in the presence or the place of operating a diesel engine. The flammable gas can be inhaled and cause the engine intake system acceleration and speeding, thus cause fire, explosion and major property damage. There are a variety of safety devices such as: automatic closing device for air intake, can reduce the possibility of Speeding from the engine, but the engine in because of its application caused by flammable environment (such as fuel spills or gas leakage in operation). The owner and operator of engine is responsible for the safe operation of the engine in harsh environment.
In order to not damage the engine, the starter motor should not exceed 30 seconds each time you use, in every time after starting, at least to wait for 2 minutes (word required only on engine motor speaking) if 15 seconds alarm lights up, or on the oil pressure gauge indicates no oil pressure, engine oil pressure is too low. Then immediately shut down the engine to avoid engine damage. Confirm the oil level in the oil bottom shell is correct.
Do not long time idling engine, over long time low idle for 10 minutes can damage the engine, because the temperature of the burning chamber is so low that the fuel can be fully combustion. This will cause the formation of carbon and cause valve adhesion around the injector hole and piston ring. If the generator coolant temperature lower than 60 DEG C, unburned fuel will wash away the lubricating oil on the cylinder wall, and the diluted crankcase lubricant, fuel dilution affects the quality of lubricant oil, and with the engine life, try to shorten the idle time in order to prevent the occurrence of this kind of circumstance.
