Treatment methods: check and adjust to the required clearance; check and re adjust the valve timing; replacement of valve spring; removal of coke, grind the valve; clean air filter; removal of coke.

2, the compression pressure caused by deficiency of hair not specified power

The reason: the cylinder cover sealing with the body at the leakage, its performance in speed when there is a flow out from the gasket, cylinder cover nut; cylinder head gasket damaged. Piston ring stuck, valve rod bite is not flexible, the cylinder head fuel injector hole leakage, fuel injector tight cap copper gasket is damaged, the injector hole plane did not clean up; nozzle and injector body with surface leakage and damage.

Treatment methods: check the cylinder cover and body joint surface, cylinder pad, cleaning and maintenance. Replace the gasket; clean the seat hole injector; tighten the locking cap or grinding plane.

3, the water temperature is too high and lead to hair not specified power

The reason: the diesel engine overheating (cooling or lubrication system failure)

Processing method: maintenance of cooling and lubricating system and remove the scale in the water jacket, the cleaning of oil cooler.

4, the oil supply is not normal, the fuel system failure caused by hair not specified power

Reason: the air in the fuel system; fuel injection pump failure; injector fault.

Processing method: according to the fuel system air release; repair or replace the couple; repair or replace the fuel injector matching parts.
