Error three: operation operates in the cooling water shortage or cooling water, oil temperature is too high under the condition of

Cooling water shortage will reduce the cooling effect, the diesel engine due to lack of effective cooling and overheating; high oil temperature of cooling water, oil, also can cause the diesel engine overheating. The cylinder cover, cylinder liner, piston assembly and a valve main heating load, its mechanical properties such as strength, toughness sharply, make the part deformation increases, decreases with the gap between the components, to accelerate the mechanical wear and tear, there will be a serious fault crack, parts stuck. Generator overheating will also worsen the diesel combustion process, the fuel injector disorders, poor atomization, increased carbon.

Error four: the diesel engine operation in the oil shortage
